We have a 14-day policy for damaged or defective items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement if your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at manager@quipham.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Slight color variations due to screen differences

We do not require physical returns for damaged or defective items. Please do not send any products back to us.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or design, we are unable to offer direct exchanges. Instead, you may place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
